Spire Labs is a small studio run by two friends exploring the frontier of building in public.
We spent weeks ideating before building conviction in ideas, and suddenly realized that instead of wasting time ideating we should focus on shipping and building things that seemed fun to us.
Our thesis is simple: Good will come to those who ship.
Most builders want to ship, but they get stuck in the planning phase. We've been there—spending weeks researching markets, validating ideas, and waiting for the "perfect" moment.
We decided to fix this by just... building. Project Alpha is our first experiment: a tool that helps teams skip the analysis paralysis and get to shipping faster.
It's still early, but we're learning a lot.
Every developer has tasks they hate—the repetitive stuff that eats up hours but doesn't move the needle.
